There may be times when you, a loved one, or a friend may be experiencing some feelings that make it difficult to think clearly and make good decisions. These thoughts and feelings may lead to suicidal ideation or thoughts to harm self or others. It is very important that action be taken and that choices are made to protect yourself, your loved one, or your friend.

In the event of an emergency (i.e., in crisis, danger, needing medical attention), please call 911 and get immediate medical attention if that is necessary.

Proceed to your nearest emergency room or urgent care facility.
