My office on the far northeast side of San Antonio in Universal City near Randolph Air Force Base. My office is across the street from Polly’s Pet Shop and between Speedy Cash and River City Donuts.

ATTENTION HOSPITAL PROVIDERS
I greatly appreciate referrals from the hospitals; however, I do ask that I speak with the patient prior to discharge to schedule appointments. Unfortunately, I have to ask this to make sure that the client is aware they have an appointment with me and that I receive the correct contact information for the client. Thank you for your cooperation!
MISSED APPOINTMENTS & LATE ARRIVALS HURT EVERYONE!!!
Missing an appointment or arriving late for your appointment can affect the healing process that you have begun. A time slot has been reserved exclusively to serve you. I ask for your cooperation in making and keeping your appointments. I frequently carry a wait-list for clients waiting for an appointment. When I am notified in a timely manner of a cancellation I can often have someone scheduled sooner to be seen for counseling. Please be considerate of your time, other client’s time, and my time. I completely understand when emergencies arise or when the unexpected happens and late cancellations have to happen.
Your appointment begins and ends at a specific time.
Not giving a 24-hour advance notice of cancellations or arriving late for an appointment also affects other clients on their healing journey by taking up a time slot that someone else in need could use.
Please help yourself, other clients, and the office by keeping your appointments!
Appointments are typically scheduled on the hour and run for about 45-50 minutes, unless otherwise indicated. If you do not arrive within 15-20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time and do not call informing me that you will be late, you will be considered a no show and will not be seen for services. Also, please keep in mind that you will be charged a $60 no-show or late cancellation fee. This is inclusive of all circumstances except extreme emergencies.
