Ivy Lamb is a compassionate and dedicated graduate student therapist currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling at West Texas A&M University. Ivy is under the guidance and supervision of Sheri Cobarruvias MS, LPS-S, NCC, CCTP, and Doctoral Candidate at Liberty University. Ivy is engaged in her practicum and offers counseling services for the following; couples (alternative lifestyle) therapy, family (blending/behavioral problems) therapy, and adult women with ADHD.

Ivy believes in the importance of a therapeutic alliance, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to openly express their thoughts and emotions. By building strong rapport, Ivy facilitates a collaborative and empowering relationship with her clients that fosters trust and mutual respect. She is continuously expanding her knowledge in various counseling modalities and recognizes the significance of tailoring therapy to meet the specific needs and goals of each client, employing a flexible and client centered approach. As a graduate student therapist Ivy aspires to work with her clients on their journey towards emotional well-being, resilience, and self-discovery as she believes each individual holds the power within them to heal.

In addition to academic pursuits, Ivy is actively engaged in professional development activities and stays up to date with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health therapy. By seeking continuous learning opportunities, she ensures that she is equipped with the most effective evidence-based interventions to best serve her clients.
